This service is for you if you want to have all the cards in hand to get started (proposed layout, choice of furniture, choice of colors, list of products and service providers, etc.), and if you prefer to see what this may look like before starting the changes (perspective views).

With this service, the elements proposed in previous service are deepened in order to make your task even easier. You now have :

A 1/50 or 1/20 (2D in W & B) plan to visualize a new distribution of space (zoning).

A 1/50 or 1/20 plan and a 1/50 or 1/20 section (2D in W & B) to visualize the location of the furniture most adapted to the space (which can be yours or a more appropriate suggestion), thought of in order to optimize the circulation, to enlarge visually, to free congested or badly arranged areas.

An atmosphere’s board to have a glimpse of the new space arranged and decorated.

An overall layout plan of the different elements – top view – in 3D (image made with 3D software, 3D by hand is optional).

A perspective view to immerse yourself in your new interior (image made with 3D software, 3D by hand is optional).

A shopping list (list of materials, colors and accessories) associated with the signs where you can find them and their prices, within the budget.
